Concrete tile
The tile is armor against sun and hail, and it is not waterproof. Wind-driven rain goes right under it by design.
Lasts 50 years or more.

Four things we see on West Valley roofs every week. Tap the ones you have spotted from the driveway and we tell you how urgent it is.
Your roof, explained
Scroll through the stack. From the street every tile roof looks fine, which is why most leaks surprise people.

This felt or synthetic sheet is the real roof. A 160 degree attic bakes builder-grade felt brittle, and that's where nearly every Arizona leak starts.
Lasts 15 to 25 years. Check yours.
Plywood or OSB sheathing. Once the underlayment fails, this soaks, sags and rots from the eaves in. Catch it early and it's a patch, not a rebuild.
Lasts as long as it stays dry.
Metal at every pipe, wall and valley. Monsoon debris dams up here and sends water sideways under everything above.
Inspect every year before June.
Monsoon readiness check
Answer honestly. You get a score and a plain recommendation, and nobody calls you unless you ask.
Each answer moves the dial. A higher score means your roof is more ready for a storm.
Book a free inspectionWhat we do
We pull your existing tile, replace the underlayment with a 40 year synthetic, and put the same tile back. New roof performance at about half the cost.

From $2.20 per sq ftHow it works
A person answers. We book a time that works, usually within two days.
Forty minutes, free. We lift tile and photograph what is underneath.
Same day, in writing, good for 60 days. Fix it, finance it or sit on it.
From the neighbors
Three roofers quoted a full replacement. Ridgeline showed me photos of what was under the tile and did a lift and relay for half.
Gary T., Estrella Mountain RanchTile blew off in the August storm on a Saturday night. They had it tarped by Sunday at noon and never charged for the tarp.
Rosa V., BuckeyeThe inspection really was free and the answer really was "you're fine for five more years." That's who I'll call in five years.
